Terms of Service & Consent to Share InformationBefore you submit your information, please carefully read and agree to the following terms.
1. Our Role and Your Acknowledgment You understand and agree that Victim Advocates is a marketing communications company. We are NOT a law firm or a medical provider. We do not provide legal or medical advice. Our service is limited to connecting individuals who have suffered an injury with independent legal and/or medical professionals from our trusted network. Using this website and our service does not create an attorney-client or doctor-patient relationship between you and Victim Advocates.
2. Your Consent to Be Contacted and to Share Information By checking the box below and submitting your information, you give your express written consent for Victim Advocates and its network partners to contact you.
You agree that:
- You may be contacted via telephone call, text message, or email at the number and address you provided, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list.
- Victim Advocates will transmit the information you provide—including your name, contact details, and the circumstances of your injury—to one or more independent attorneys and/or medical professionals in our network so they may evaluate your situation.
- 3. Important Disclaimers No Guarantees. Victim Advocates makes no promise or guarantee regarding the outcome of your case or the services you may receive.
- Independent Professionals. The attorneys and medical professionals in our network are independent third parties, not employees or agents of Victim Advocates. We are not responsible for their advice, services, or actions. Any relationship you form with a professional will be governed by a separate agreement directly with them.
4. No Cost to You
You understand that the service provided by Victim Advocates—connecting you with a professional from our network—is provided at absolutely no cost to you.
